Job Summary:
Level 3 Audiovisual is looking for a dedicated and experienced customer sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships.

Summary of Accountabilities:
· Be experienced selling complex technology solutions to large (enterprise) organizations
· Have a quota of one million dollars or more
· Have experience managing a book of business 3x the size of quota
· Have experience selling services, not just products
· Be equal parts “hunter” and “farmer”
· Possess strong financial acumen with emphasis on profitability, forecasting and financials
· Possess strong business acumen, with the ability to consult c-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies with ease and authority
· Be a strong negotiator with a consultative approach and mindset
· Be an extroverted leader who excels in tactical execution
· Be an innovative, “quick” decision maker
· Be optimistic, social and persuasive on the job

· Desire frequent communication with others
· (2) two new qualified Leads/Opportunities each month
- Maintain detailed business development pipeline tracker and locate all opportunities within NetSuite
- Deliver a monthly business review to leadership
- Building, maintaining and presenting accurate weekly sales forecasting
As an Account Executive with uncapped earning potential, you will build long-term relationships with a growing client list in your designated territory. You will contact business decision-makers (often c-suite), listen, learn and provide consultative solutions to at times complex AV needs through top-of-mind awareness of Level 3 AV’s products and services. You will do this by:
- Identifying and Converting Leads: Leveraging professional network to build book of business; Developing qualified leads vetted via the sales development team; Scheduling and presenting Level 3 Audiovisual’s capabilities while developing relationships with senior level and key decision makers in target organizations; Following up with leads from various sources including prospects from the company website, customer referrals, and aging leads within the existing database; Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on new technologies and solutions.
- Providing Sales-Focused Customer Service: Providing support and follow-up via phone and email to inquiring leads and current customers; Developing profitable and sustaining business relationships within the national design/build arena that includes Fortune 500 prospects, AV/IT consulting firms, national architectural and design firms, and national construction management firms; Exhibiting a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s technology needs.
- Creating and Following Operational Guidelines: Maintaining call list and managing report data; Collecting and analyzing report data around performance, campaign and operational execution; Achieving weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting and sales skills; Utilizing CRM system to map accounts and document prospecting activities; Uncovering project opportunities and manage throughout hand off to Operations or special projects team.
- Growing Sales for the Organization: Achieving key, ongoing sales goals and growth initiatives; Share, learn, and collaborate with team members to develop strategies, improve execution, and generate ideas that drive team results and success; Participating in AVIXA, IFMA, AIA, and other pertinent organizations for networking purposes as approved.

· Excellent spelling, grammar, and business proposal preparation skills

· Deductive reasoning and application skills
· Proven proficiency in common software applications including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, internet savvy
Experience Requirements:
· 4 + years sales and / or business development experience with high level executives, proven track record of securing F500/Enterprise clientele
Training \ Certification \ Education Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field, or comparable combination of education or relative experience
· Industry certifications preferred.
