Family Practice Physician | Outpatient Primary Care
We are working with a well-established non-profit healthcare organization committed to providing high-quality care, wellness education, and resources that support healthier communities. With a mission focused on helping all people achieve their healthiest lives, the organization takes a patient-centered approach rooted in compassion, access, and long-term community impact.
This is an outpatient primary care opportunity focused on delivering comprehensive care across the lifespan. The provider will support patients through preventive care, wellness visits, acute concerns, and chronic disease management while building strong continuity of care and long-term patient relationships. The organization offers a team-based clinical environment with full support staff to promote efficiency and a strong patient experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $220,000+ (based on experience)
- Productivity Bonus Opportunity

- Paid Time Off: 4 weeks (20 days) in your first year
- Paid Holidays: 10

Position Overview
- Patient Volume: Up to 22 patients per day
- Call: Phone call only
- Full support staff available
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current Arizona Medical License or willingness to obtain
- 2+ years of Family Practice experience preferred
- New graduates happily considered
