We have multiple openings in Phoenix, AZ for experienced builders ready to assemble machinery and wire control panels to exact specs—while keeping quality flawless and output on target.

Is this you?

• Do you turn blueprints and schematics into accurate, working assemblies?
• Are you comfortable using machines and hand tools all day long?
• Can you wire industrial control panels, differentiate colored wiring, and follow UL508A practices (preferred)?
• Do you keep meticulous logs and proactively spot product inconsistencies?
• Will you jump in to support teammates, work overtime when needed, and follow start/stop and break schedules?

What you’ll take on

• Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, and appliances per directions.
• Read and interpret blueprints/schematics ; build to specification and pack finished goods accordingly.
• Use shop equipment and hand tools; maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment and conveyors.
• Keep production, maintenance, and quality records up to date.
• Check product quality per company policy; fix issues and alert your supervisor.
• Inventory tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate with a materials handler to restock.
• Build panels end‑to‑end (measure, drill, tap, layout) using breakers, relays, contactors, transformers, lights, SPDs, and more.
• Confidently communicate with customers in a way that reflects our culture.
• Perform other job‑related duties as necessary or assigned.

What you bring

• Blueprint and schematic literacy.
• Equipment maintenance and basic repair ability.
• Solid basic math, reading, and writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination; color differentiation for wires/components.
• Industrial control panel wiring knowledge; UL508A experience preferred.

Work schedule

First Shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
