We are seeking talented Internet Sales Consultants to join our team and help deliver an outstanding car-buying experience. Job Details Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Location: Tempe, AZ (in-person) Position Overview As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will manage incoming internet leads and follow up daily with our customer database. Your role is to engage and assist potential customers prior to their visit, set appointments, and support them through the sales process both online and in person. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to internet leads and follow up with customers regularly Set appointments and answer customer inquiries professionally and clearly Maintain a clean and organized workspace Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service Assist customers with selecting vehicles and conduct test drives following desired routes Guide customers through the purchasing process to delivery Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to finalize sales negotiations and paperwork Attend trainings and departmental meetings as required Maintain regular and predictable attendance Inspect inventory and research vehicle availability using dealership systems Work Schedule Day, night, and weekend shifts as needed 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday with holiday work as required Why Join Horne Mazda?
