Watters Garden Center is looking for a Communications Creator to join our team!

We're a plant oasis full of botanical oddities for everyone to experience. We want all who visit to feel welcomed, comfortable asking questions, and to enjoy their time here. Watters is more than a store it is an imaginative plant experience. We provide plants in all categories that are both expected favorites and hard to find or unusual. We're all about connecting people with the amazing world of plants and fostering a love for nature. In this role, you'll be part of the creative force behind our brand. You'll be working closely with our Creative Director and e-commerce director to create content that speaks to our audience. Think engaging social media posts, eye-catching videos, and compelling stories that showcase the magic of Watters Garden Center.

We're looking for someone who:
- Loves plants, obviously!
- Is a whiz at creating videos and has a portfolio to show off.
- Has experience with social media marketing and knows how to craft engaging content that gets people talking.
- Is a strong writer and can easily edit and proofread their work.
- Can communicate effectively and build relationships with our amazing community.
- Is committed to mastering the ever changing social media management tools.
- Can work independently but also thrives in a team environment.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple projects at once.
