Type of Hire: temp to hire

Start Date: 10/13/25

Office Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85260 (Raintree and the 101 Freeway) (you must live no more than 30 miles away)

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Training Details: 10/13/25 - 11/7/25. There is no time off allowed during training!

Post-Training Schedules:

· Morning, midday and evening shifts Start times typically range anywhere from 6am to 1:30pm, including one day of the weekend

· Preferred schedule is not guaranteed, schedules are filled in order of who clears Onboarding first (and receive results of screenings).

· Candidates should have a little schedule flexibility

Brief Job Description:

They are an inbound call center. They are supporting multiple bank customers that have accrued enough reward points to purchase product. The calls are about tracking the shipment, cancelling the shipment, refunding reward points, shipment arrived damaged, help on the website buying product.

It is a yes environment, yes, we can cancel, yes, we can refund your reward points. Card Holders call in to book travel by using the points they have accumulated. Inbound call center assisting these clients to book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises.

Requirements:

• HSD or GED is required (must be on resume)
• 1+ year of recent call center experience
• Exceptional phone and communication skills, good with people
