Seeking an Accounting Clerk | Bookkeeper to manage the daily financial operations. This position will oversee all the accounting needs for the company and is responsible for making sure the Accounting Department runs smoothly. We are looking for strategic problem-solver that will assist in the company’s development and growth.

Responsibilities:

· All financial activities.

· Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques.

· Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position.

· Prepare and distribute all company invoices utilizing established templates.

· Prepare and distribute all Accounts Payable reports.

· Record and reconcile all credit card receipts.

· Issue appropriate Notice-To-Proceed when directed by ADM Group staff members.

· Prepare month-end profit/loss accounting.

· Issue check payments once approved by CFO.

· Maintain accounting database for all projects.

· Work and assist with other projects as assigned by Company Management.

Qualifications:

· Preferred degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.

· 3-5 years related accounting experience

· Experience in a professional services business is preferred, with a background in construction

or architecture industry a plus.

· Must have hands-on experience with Billings, A/R, A/P, Payroll, Excel and QuickBooks

· Knowledge of BQE Project Management a plus
