Common Duties and Responsibilities:

• Common Area Cleaning: Powe washing, Sweep & Mop hallways, stairs, lobbies, elevators, clubhouses and lounging space areas.
• Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins in shared areas, offices, and near outdoor mailboxes.
• Restroom Upkeep: Clean and sanitize restrooms, fitness centers, or leasing office bathrooms and stock supplies.
• Exterior Maintenance: Sweep walkways, pick up litter, and handle seasonal tasks like leaf removal.
• Minor Repairs: Fix burned-out light bulbs, tighten loose handrails, or report major property damage to management.
• Unit Turnovers: Help clean or prep empty apartments for new tenants moving in

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift heavy items (often up to 25 to 50 pounds).
• Chemical Safety: Knowledge of how to safely mix and use industrial cleaning agents.
• Communication: Basic ability to report issues to property managers and interact politely with residents.
• Reliability: Self-motivated work ethic to complete routine tasks with minimal direct supervision
