- Facility: Hospital Acute Rehabilitation Unit (10-bed ARU)
- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Physical Therapist (Travel Contract)
- Start Date: November 17, 2025
- End Date: February 16, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1680-$1730
- EMR Systems: Cerner and NetHealth
- Dress Code: Any color scrubs; non-skid footwear required
- Parking: Designated parking behind hospital and front lot perimeter
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (hospital or ARU experience preferred)
- Ability to float to MedSurg unit as needed (rare but required)
- Experience with Cerner and NetHealth EMR systems preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in EMR systems
- Provide coverage in the MedSurg unit as needed
- Participate in weekend coverage rotation as scheduled
