Position Overview

We are partnering with a respected outpatient primary care clinic in Globe, AZ to recruit a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, permanent position. Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Salary: $120,000–$140,000, depending on experience
• Incentives: RVU-based productivity bonus

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and routine wellness checks
• Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop personalized care plans and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic results
• Educate patients on disease prevention, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyles
• Coordinate specialty referrals and ensure continuity of care
• Document all clinical interactions accurately within the EHR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

Candidate Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Note: Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
• Active and unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Current or eligible for DEA certification
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred, though not required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient engagement skills
