Closing Front of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

- Education Assistance - Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarships award Team Members up to $25,000. SUPPORT FOR YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE
- Initial Uniform Cost - Reimbursed at 6 months.
- Employee Meal - Subject to our reliability policy. Use up to $13 per shift worked. Over $3,000 annually for a full-time team member working 5 days a week.
- Performance Raises - Receive your first raise at 90 days and annually.
- Employee Referral Program - $150 bonus when someone you recommend is hired and stays with us for 6 months.
- Transportation Support - Metro Fare/Light Rail Reimbursement up to $65 per month.
- Childcare Assistance for Working Families - Up to $350 per month.
- Retirement Contribution - Simple IRA match up to 3%.
- Grade Reimbursement - $25 per “A” every semester for core classes for students who have at least 3 days of availability.
