Compensation: $65,000 base | OTE $90,000+

Benefits : Medical / Dental / 401k / Vacation Pay / Sick Pay

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hrs./week — Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Location: On-Site

This isn't an order desk. You'll own a portfolio of our accounts—generating $300,000–$500,000+ in monthly revenue—and act as the single point of contact those clients rely on. You'll keep their orders moving, catch problems before they surface, and grow the relationship over time. Strong performers earn real upside: a $65K base with $90K+ on-target earnings, plus a predictable Monday–Friday, days-only schedule.

Own the relationship

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts—every inquiry, issue, and service request runs through you
• Lead regular client check-ins to review performance, surface concerns early, and uncover new opportunities
• Understand each client's business goals and align our products and services to their short- and long-term success
• Drive retention through consistent, proactive outreach

Run the accounts

• Process and manage orders across online, phone, and in-person channels in a fast-paced environment
• Own order accuracy and turnaround, holding to workflow standards under high volume
• Spot potential issues and communicate solutions before orders are placed
• Monitor warranty cases through to timely resolution
• Route client needs to the right internal teams and keep resolution on track
• Keep client records, notes, and calendars organized and current

Grow the book

• Analyze account performance, revenue trends, and service outcomes
• Identify, track, and act on upsell opportunities
• Deliver clear reporting on revenue, discount eligibility, and service performance
• Follow company SOPs and consistently hit established KPIs

Must-haves

• Strong customer-service instincts and a professional phone and in-person presence
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Clear communicator who works well across departments
• Comfort with CRM/ERP systems

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with NetSuite (or a similar ERP)
• Background in construction, building products, wholesale, logistics, or operations
• History of managing or growing a book of business
