What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with potential customers

• Educate consumers on insurance products and coverage options

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Close sales or transfer qualified leads (depending on campaign structure)

• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and compliance standards

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
