What You’ll Get

• Pay: $17–$21/hour based on experience (drivers earn more)
• Port-to-Port Pay: Paid from clock-in at the warehouse to clock-out after the job
• Extra Earnings: Tips, commissions, and monthly bonuses
• Paid Training: Learn safe lifting, packing, and moving techniques

What You’ll Do

• Prep, pack, load, and transport customer belongings safely
• Handle large, heavy, fragile, and high-value items
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience by communicating clearly with clients
• Prep and maintain trucks, equipment, and job sites
• Work as a team and support your crew lead on every job

What We’re Looking For

• No experience needed - we train you
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to lift 75 lbs solo (150 lbs team lift)
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required for driver roles (ID required for movers)

Schedule & Work Environment

• In-person role
• Jobs typically run between 7 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Sat)
• Shifts can range from a few hours to 12+ hour days
• Peak season requires Saturday availability
• Active, outdoor, team-based work - not a desk job!
