ProWest Roofing and Restoration is seeking honest, reliable, and self-motivated Project Managers with roofing experience and knowledge to join our team!

Job Description:

Project managers interact directly with homeowners to produce signed contracts and ensure the job build runs smoothly and is up to code while maintaining good rapport with the homeowner. They are responsible for collecting necessary information and specifics on potential projects, giving accurate estimates, and correctly filling out appropriate documents. Project Managers work on commissions as 1099 contractors, commission splits are determined based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.

• Offer solutions to drive company revenue.

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.

Qualifications and Desired Traits:

· Roofing Experience is highly preferred!
