Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm, professional demeanor and manage front desk operations.

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries with excellent communication and telephone skills.

• Utilize Dentrix software for patient management, scheduling, and record-keeping.

• Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims accurately.

• Manage accounts receivable, including billing and payment processing.

• Coordinate patient scheduling to optimize office efficiency and patient satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental office receptionist or similar role.

• Proficiency with Dentrix software is required.

• Strong knowledge of dental insurance claims and insurance verification processes.

• Experience with accounts receivable and financial transactions in a dental setting.

• Excellent communication and telephone skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, professional attitude with a patient-centered approach.
