Responsibilities

• Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Lead daily operations to ensure every guest leaves thrilled and eager to return.
• Drive Store Success: Plan and execute local marketing strategies to boost revenue and occupancy while keeping expenses in check.
• Build an Amazing Team: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies our culture and delivers exceptional service.
• Champion Safety: Oversee all safety protocols and policies, ensuring a secure and seamless experience for guests and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $58,834.00 - $63,743.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
