Travel Client Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and organized Travel Client Experience Coordinator to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences. This role focuses on research, communication, and coordination to ensure travel plans are structured efficiently and clearly documented.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop personalized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized records.
You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This role emphasizes dependable client support and careful planning to ensure each travel experience is organized successfully.
