AB Staffing is seeking dedicated Behavior Interventionists (BHTs) to support students in the El Mirage, AZ area for the 25/26 school year. If you’re passionate about helping children reach their full potential and want a supportive team with competitive pay, this is the opportunity for you.

Schedule : Full-Time | Follows school calendar

Contract : 25-26 school year
Weekly Pay: $1,000–$1,080 DOE

Settings : Elementary, Middle, and High School

BHT / Behavior Interventionist Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support for students with Autism, developmental delays, or other behavioral needs
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and track data on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and parents to support consistent strategies
• Promote positive behavior and social-emotional development

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children (school, ABA, or clinical experience preferred)
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about helping children succeed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• BHT or ABA certification a plus but not required
