Production Associate 2nd Shift

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour plus $1.00 differetial pay

2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manual material handling, packaging, stacking material, and assisting machine operators.
• Utilize scanning equipment
• Inspect work visually for defects according to quality standards
• Serve as a positive role model consistent with Cornerstone Building Brands Mission, Vision and Core Values
• Provide cost-saving suggestions and ideas to improve productivity and eliminate waste
• Willing to learn and take on additional tasks as assigned
• Team player and keeping safety first

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environment
• General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments
• Comfort and familiarity with basic powered hand tools
• Forklift experience
• Overhead crane experience
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
