Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate, friendly, and certified Fascial Stretching Therapist, Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist and/or Personal Trainer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role with clients to enhance flexibility, reduce pain, and improve overall mobility through specialized stretch techniques. You will work closely with clients to assess their individual needs and design tailor stretching sessions to help them achieve there fitness and wellness goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' fitness levels, flexibility, and specific needs.

• Customized Stretching Sessions: Develop personalized stretching routines and plans for clients, addressing their unique requirements and limitations.

• Hands-On Stretching: Administer stretching techniques using manual methods or assisted stretching devices to target specific muscle groups.

• Monitoring Progress: Continuously evaluate clients' progress, adjust stretching routines as necessary, and track improvements.

• Educate Clients: Provide clients with information on the importance of stretching, proper techniques, and self-care practices to maintain flexibility and prevent injuries.

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client assessments, session notes, and progress reports.

• Safety and Comfort: Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients during stretching sessions, including proper equipment setup and cleanliness.

• Client Engagement: Build strong, personal rapport with clients by offering support, motivation, and guidance throughout their stretching journey.

• Work Environment: Maintain clean work environment which includes ensuring restoring the area to a condition of cleanliness (e.g., putting away fitness equipment after each training session, wiping down the area with gym wipes, changing linens, etc.), and other duties as assigned.

• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols to minimize the risk of injury to clients and yourself.

• Continued Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in stretching and mobility techniques through professional development and training.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Certification: Hold a valid certification in Fascia Stretch Therapy, personal training, physical therapy, kinesiology, or a related professional field.

• Experience: Previous experience as a Fascia Stretch Therapist or in a similar role is preferred.

• Anatomy Knowledge: Solid understanding of human anatomy and muscle physiology to perform safe and effective stretching techniques.

• Physical Fitness: Maintaining your own physical fitness is essential to demonstrate and perform stretching techniques effectively.

• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear instructions.

• Empathy and Patience: A compassionate and patient demeanor to work with clients of varying fitness levels and abilities.

• Adaptability: Ability to tailor stretching routines to accommodate individual client needs and adjust techniques as required.

• Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Customer Focus: A dedication to helping clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

• CPR/First Aid Certification: Current CPR and First Aid certification (or obtain within 30 days).
