Description

We're searching for someone with a bubbly and outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and delivering exceptional patient experiences. This role requires someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and flexible, with a willingness to learn and grow as part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Managing front desk tasks, including patient check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone calls
• Handling iPads and ensuring accurate charting and patient information input
• Managing CRMs and multiple software platforms for appointment booking and patient data
• Assisting with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and backend data management
• Ensuring all patients have a seamless and positive experience
• Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and maintaining flexibility to assist where needed

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative role—preferably in a medical, spa, or wellness setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Tech proficiency, including comfort with iPads, scheduling software, CRM tools, and general digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when managing patient data and appointment logistics
• Adaptability and flexibility to support a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and confident demeanor—you're the first impression of Haus of Confidence!
• Punctuality and reliability are a must for maintaining seamless operations
• Professional appearance and demeanor, aligned with the aesthetics and brand of our medspa
• Bonus: Familiarity with the aesthetics or beauty industry, and/or confidence using social media to promote brand culture and engagement
