This position can act as a stepping-stone to a position as a Sales Producer, once you have completed the necessary licensing. This is a customer-facing role, where you will be reaching out to numerous lead opportunities each day. You will contact leads by phones, text and email, providing quotes and facilitating discussions between leads and our Sales Team. There are commission and bonus opportunities for sales you help facilitate. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help may make you the perfect fit for this role. Licensing Reimbursement

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is not initially required, but must be completed within 90 days.
• A Life & Health Insurance license is not initially required, but must be completed within 180 days.
