About the Role

You will use established digital marketing platforms and business systems to generate inquiries, connect with people who have requested information and guide suitable individuals through a structured information process.

The role combines client engagement, lead generation, business development, relationship management and professional communication.

What You Will Do

• Use established digital marketing platforms and systems to generate inquiries.
• Connect with people who have requested further information.
• Conduct brief introductory conversations by phone or Zoom.
• Ask clear questions to determine suitability and interest.
• Follow up with prospective clients professionally and consistently.
• Guide suitable individuals through a structured information process.
• Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up records using online systems.
• Participate in ongoing marketing, communication and leadership training.
• Work independently while following an established business process.

What We Are Looking For

• At least eight years of professional work or business experience.
• Experience in business development, client relations, customer success, sales, recruitment, human resources, consulting, training, education or professional communication would be helpful.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with people by phone or Zoom.
• Professional, organized and able to follow a structured process.
• Comfortable using online systems, digital platforms and communication tools.
• Open to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Self-directed and motivated to create results through consistent personal effort.
• Able to commit approximately 15–20 flexible hours each week.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.
