Cannabis Distribution Associate (FA Card Required)
delivery. Their duties include interpreting sales orders and pulling the correct product, performing quality control
assessments and stacking items safely and securely in the right packaging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Self-motivated and team-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow company picking/packing procedures. Ability to efficiently pull product(s) based on daily orders.
- Ensures order pick/count accuracy.
- Meets specifics set forth by supervisor(s) for all orders promptly.
- Reports out any discrepancies or adjustments needed by the supervisor.
- Undertakes other duties which may arise or be delegated sometimes.
- Handles inventory with care and attention to detail.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices.
- Operates various pieces of equipment ie. Pallet Jack, pallet wrapper.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Strong reading and communication skills.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Excellent command of the English language and a well-developed understanding of grammar, punctuation, and
spelling.
- Coachable, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.

- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience working as a picker or packer in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments. REQUIREMENTS
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
