Receptionist/ Clerk
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room availability.
- Maintain records, files, and office supplies with careful attention to detail.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general clerical duties as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
