Here’s What You’ll Do:

As a PCP, you’ll provide outpatient primary care to patients as part of a high-quality, team-based model. Whether your background is in Family, Internal or Osteopathic Medicine, you’ll bring your clinical skills to a supportive environment that allows you to focus on what matters most - your patients.

More Specifically, You’ll:

• Deliver excellent, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care

• Contribute to a culture of collaboration between operations, clinical, and support teams

Here’s What You Bring:

• MD or DO with board certification (or board eligibility for new grads)

• Active AZ medical license or ability to obtain one

• Experience in outpatient settings

• Tech-savvy with EMR systems (Epic experience a plus, not required)

• Strong communicator with a compassionate approach

Practice Locations:

• Phoenix – 1300 N. 12th St.

• Scottsdale – 1355 N. Scottsdale Rd.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
