Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current licensure as an SLP in Arizona
• Certification through ASHA (CCC-SLP preferred, CFs considered)
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and educational staff
• Proficient with assessment tools, documentation, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized IEPs for students with communication challenges
• Provide therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding student progress
