About the RoleThe HR Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while helping ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle. This role supports onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance activities, training initiatives, HR reporting, and day-to-day employee support. The HR Coordinator serves as a key resource for employees and an important contributor to maintaining an efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR function.

What You’ll Be Responsible For- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-employment requirements, new hire paperwork, orientations, and exit procedures
- Serving as a resource for employee questions regarding benefits, forms, policies, and HR processes
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, events, and town hall meetings
- Supporting benefits administration, enrollments, audits, open enrollment activities, and employee communications
- Coordinating training programs, orientation activities, onboarding experiences, and employee development initiatives
- Managing workers' compensation administration and supporting unemployment claim responses
- Maintaining employee records, HRIS data integrity, compliance documentation, and reporting
- Assisting with audits, credential tracking, policy administration, and regulatory compliance efforts

What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or GED. [NF - HR Co...on 4.14.26 | Word]
- One or more years of experience in an HR support or HR Coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, PWFA, and employment law compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
- Two or more years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services environments preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred

- May require moving between facilities, meetings, onboarding events, and employee activities
- Ability to lift or carry materials related to onboarding, recruiting, training, and employee events weighing up to 35 pounds
- Occasional flexible scheduling may be required to support business needs and company events
