Call Center Representative

Do you have 6 months to 1 year of RECENT Call Center Experience? Are you completely comortable with $18/hr on a WEEKLY basis? Can you start March 3rd or March 10th ?? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!!! Important NOTE: This is in office in Phoenix, not remote* Client class anticipated to start 3/3 or 3/10! Hours: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm! MUST HAVES IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED: -Must be in good standing with Randstad -Must have a minimum of 6 months of RECENT call center experience within the last 4 years Qualifications: -Must have a HS diploma or GED -1 year of RECENT call center experience -Computer literate -Verbal and written communication skills -Ability to make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear and calm matter

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
-Interact with customers via telephone to provide information
-Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services -Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
-Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
-Maintain the highest level of customer service
