We're seeking a Customer Retention Manager to lead one of the most impactful departments in our organization. In this role, you'll oversee our Account Care Team, which specializes in helping customers find solutions and maintain service when they are considering cancellation.
As the Customer Retention Manager, you'll be responsible for developing Team Leads, coaching employee performance, analyzing key metrics, improving retention strategies, and protecting millions of dollars in recurring revenue across five markets. This is a highly visible leadership position where your ability to develop people, solve problems, and drive measurable results will directly influence company growth.
This is far more than a traditional customer service management role. We're looking for a leader who thrives on accountability, enjoys using data to identify opportunities, and is passionate about helping both employees and customers succeed.

What You'll Actually EarnBase salary is $62,000 annually + Annual Bonus
Performance bonus opportunities are based on retention performance, revenue protection, customer durability, and operational excellence across five markets. Strong performers who consistently drive results can earn the full bonus opportunity.

Qualifications? 3+ years of leadership experience in customer service, retention, sales, or contact center operations
? Experience coaching and developing employees
? Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
? Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements
? Experience managing team leads or supervisors preferred
? Home services, subscription business, or recurring revenue experience preferred
