Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is full-time, beginning in August and continuing through the entire school year. You’ll work with K-8th grade students, focusing on those with higher needs within a manageable, small caseload.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience working with K-8th grade students in school settings
• Skilled in addressing higher-needs cases, with flexibility and empathy

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy for identified students
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure cohesive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and required reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
