Electrical Automotive Technician
???? Location: Mesa, AZ
???? Pay: $25.00/hour
????️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
???? Flexibility: May be required to work Saturdays depending on business needs

???? About the Role
Our client in the Automotive Manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled Electrical Automotive Technician to join their Manufacturing Department. This role supports the Production Team and focuses on electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and rework of vehicles. Experience with European vehicles is a plus. ????️ Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-line (EOL) testing, failure analysis, and rework
• Support and improve manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with Quality & Process teams to enhance procedures
• Conduct rework on offline vehicles
• Participate in data collection and analysis
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Report EHS concerns and workplace hazards

???? Qualifications

• 5–7 years of end-of-line experience in the automotive industry
• Strong electrical diagnostics skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Technical and analytical aptitude
• Basic understanding of electrical components (amperage, voltage, OHMs)
• Fluent in English
• ???????? Experience with European vehicles is a strong advantage
