ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner as soon as they are seated at tables or on lounges, and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest services. When complete, pick up order from Slim Pickens, confirm its accuracy. Check food after serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Answer any guest questions about the menu. Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy. Input order into machine and place in service bar and cook area. Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual Clear away dishes/baskets as soon as guest is finished. Pick up empty cups.
• Present the check to guest promptly. Check station after, during, and after shift for proper set up and cleanliness. Do all necessary set-up sidework as assigned Wipe down tables and chairs each day.
• Assist Pool Attendants by straightening lounge chairs and picking up cups and towels.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
