Product Security Coordinator
Location: Glendale, CA (Onsite Mon-Thu, Remote Fri)
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM | Business Casual | Immediate Start
We are seeking a Product Security Coordinator to support a global information security team. This role focuses on coordinating security reviews and ensuring visibility of priorities across multiple business segments.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain prioritization and scheduling of product security reviews.
+ Coordinate with security assurance teams and cross-functional partners.
+ Track compliance obligations using metrics, monitor progress, and escalate as needed.
+ Identify process improvement opportunities for prioritization and coordination.
+ Build strong relationships with technical teams and stakeholders.
+ Develop dashboards and reports to communicate status and progress.
Role Highlights
+ Support remediation efforts for vulnerabilities and end-of-life software.
+ Collaborate with tech teams in Agile environments (basic Agile knowledge required).
+ Tools: Teams, Confluence, Jira, Airtable.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ Strong coordination and relationship-building skills.
+ Familiarity with InfoSec concepts and/or software development lifecycle.
+ Technical background (worked with developers or in operational support roles).
+ Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
Experience Level
Intermediate | Junior candidates with strong technical background encouraged to apply.
Pay Range
$65,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47.30 - $50.68/hr.
