I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a small, close-knit team. I'm a second-generation State Farm agent and have been in the insurance industry since 2002. Before that, I spent time in the golf business, which helped shape my approach to building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience. I’m a graduate of the University of Oregon, where I earned my B.S. degree. Outside of the office, I’m a proud father and a passionate golfer. I stay involved in the community through my local church and by supporting local high school sponsorships. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
