As a **Security Officer - Patrol Driver** in **Tucson, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for regularly patrolling assigned areas and providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This role involves primarily driving throughout the property, interacting with tenants and visitors, and delivering excellent customer service while upholding our core values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the commercial real estate location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and general activity within the commercial real estate premises to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Complete detailed reports of observations and incidents during assigned shifts, following Allied Universal protocols.
+ Collaborate with property management and/or local law enforcement when necessary, while maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Assist with access control and visitor management in accordance with client site requirements.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ A Guard Card or license is preferred.
+ This is primarily a driving post, preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
