Job Summary
We are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to support front office operations for a prestigious accounting firm. This individual will play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate has a stellar personality , exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to assisting with day-to-day office needs.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Warmly welcome guests, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional first impression
- Answer and direct phone calls and assist with general inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and approachable demeanor
Facilities & Office Support
- Assist with light facility management tasks (logging issues, coordinating with building management, ensuring office spaces remain tidy and functional)
- Keep communal areas, supply stations, and front desk space organized and presentable
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs as necessary
Conference Room & Event Support
- Manage conference room reservations and ensure rooms are properly set up and ready for meetings
- Place catering orders for meetings and events, track deliveries, and support set-up as needed
- Support internal team activities and events as requested
Administrative Assistance
- Provide general administrative support to office leadership and staff
- Assist with daily office coordination tasks and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
- Prior experience in office administration, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A warm, polished, and energetic personality—someone who makes people feel welcome
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with professionalism
Schedule & Details
- Assignment: December 22 – March 27
- Work Environment: Fully onsite
- Parking: Not reimbursed or covered
