Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Physical Therapist position is available at a school location in San Luis, AZ, providing services within an educational setting. This contract role runs from early August through late May, aligning with the academic calendar and designed to support student needs throughout the school year. The position requires hands-on, onsite service Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to students as part of their educational plan
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with school and state requirements
- Assess and monitor student needs to tailor therapy goals effectively
Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Physical Therapy license is mandatory
- IVP Fingerprint Card clearance required for employment
- Experience working in school-based physical therapy preferred
- Ability to commit to the full contract period and onsite schedule
