Registered Nurse (School Nurse)

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Qualifications

• Valid RN license required

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and dedicated to children’s well-being

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and manage students with chronic health conditions

• Maintain accurate and confidential nursing records for students

• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as school district policies, related to health services in schools

• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' health concerns, medications, and necessary follow-up

• Collaborate with administration, teachers, and other school staff to support students' physical and emotional well-being
