One of our top clients has relocated from California to a brand-new, state-of-the-art sporting goods warehouse in Goodyear, AZ — and we’re growing fast!

We’re looking for experienced forklift operators who are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to grow. Team members are cross-trained across departments, creating real opportunities for advancement. Growth and long-term placement are based on attendance and performance.

Not looking for long-term?
We also offer short-term project work for those seeking flexible opportunities.

Pay & Shifts

1st Shift:
5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
$22.00/hr
Overtime & Saturdays as needed

2nd Shift:
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
$22.50/hr
Overtime & weekends as needed

Position: Forklift Operators

(Cherry Picker | Stand-Up Reach | Electric Pallet Jack)

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Reach, and EPJ equipment safely
• Load, unload, stage, and move product throughout the warehouse
• Prepare materials for shipment
• Track and record inventory movement
• Assist Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams
• Identify mislabeled, missing, or misplaced inventory
• Support inventory management and order fulfillment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
• Experience operating Cherry Picker and/or Stand-Up Reach required
• RF Scanner
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
• Ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (HighJump preferred)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
