Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Discover a rewarding opportunity working in a school-based setting as an Occupational Therapist supporting students across K-12. This contract position involves serving schools in the greater Scottsdale, AZ area, with two current openings—one in the Phoenix area and another in Peoria. You'll collaborate closely with educators and other professionals to foster students' growth, entirely onsite, while working a consistent schedule of 7.5 hours per day.

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Arizona
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card is preferred
• No COTAs accepted for this role
• Comfortable working fully onsite

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine their occupational therapy needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized goals as part of the IEP process
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student access and participation
• Attend meetings related to IEPs and student progress as required
