Oasis Community Management is a growing HOA Management firm in need of Bookkeeping for our communities and Assisting in Corporate and Community activities.
The ideal candidate would have a general understanding of Bookkeeping, specifically related to bank reconciliations and monthly closes. There is an A/P person handling bill paying and additional personnel handling the day to day processing. This should be about 10 to 15 hours a week.
In addition, the ideal candidate would work directly with the President, Vice President and the Operations Manager. There will be ongoing projects, compiling correspondence and many other administrative tasks necessary in support of the office activities.
