Financial Planning and Analysis Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions

$110,000-$120,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule 4 Days onsite)

This role sits at the center of the company’s growth strategy, leading financial evaluation and execution of acquisitions and investments. You’ll work closely with leadership to assess opportunities, build models, and support transactions from diligence through integration. Responsibilities include:

• Lead inorganic growth strategy, including target identification and prioritization.
• Oversee due diligence, deal modeling, and structuring across acquisitions and investment scenarios.
• Support transaction execution and ensure smooth handoff to integration teams post-close.
• Deliver executive and board-level presentations with clear financial insights and recommendations.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and mentor team members to support deal execution and strategy.

Requirements:

• BS in Finance or related field required
• M&A experience required
• Advanced financial modeling experience required
• CPA or CFA preferred
