Compensation

Pay starting from $16-28/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, color corrections, and toning
• Provide precision haircuts, blowouts, and styling services to a diverse clientele
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair health and desired results
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current color trends, techniques, and products
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up
• Keep workstation and tools clean, sanitized, and organized per salon standards
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, professional salon atmosphere

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Cosmetology License required
• Proven experience in hair coloring, color correction, and styling techniques
• Proficiency in balayage, highlights, and modern coloring methods strongly preferred
• Strong communication and client consultation skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle a steady flow of appointments
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for the beauty industry
• Portfolio of color work preferred
• 3+ years' experience with strong technical skills and advanced color/corrective expertise.
