The Opportunity

This career-defining role puts you in charge of venue operations—from hospitality and game quality to operational excellence—crafting memorable guest experiences while building a high-performing team in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Operational Excellence

● Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure your venue runs like a finely tuned machine.

● Implement and execute operational policies and procedures that enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest delight.

● Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor standards while raising the bar in guest experiences.

 

Guest Experience & Customer Service

● Create and develop a 5-star guest experience, driving positive reviews, word-of-mouth buzz, and repeat business.

● Proactively address customer feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and flair.

● Collaborate with marketing and group sales teams to promote exclusive events.

 

 

 

Team Leadership & Staff Management

● Recruit, train, and inspire a dynamic team of managers and game masters to deliver rockstar-level service.

● Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance evaluations, ensuring operational efficiency during peak times, seasonal fluctuations, and special events.

● Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular training and continual development.

 

Financial & Administrative Management

● Monitor expenses, revenues and analyze key metrics to optimize profitability.

● Oversee reporting, record keeping, and system management (including scheduling software, POS, and HR tools) to ensure smooth backend operations.

● Collaborate on inventory management, maintenance, and vendor relationships to keep our facility—and our games—in top condition.

 

Facility & Game Management

● Maintain the flagship venue’s aesthetic and operational integrity, from the puzzles and props to the facility’s overall ambience.

● Coordinate regular inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance for both facility systems and game components.

● Serve as the escalation point for technical issues and lead hands-on repairs where possible.

 

What We’re Looking For

● Experience & Leadership : 4+ years of management experience in hospitality, restaurant or live immersive entertainment; with a proven track record of running high-energy, customer-centric operations.

● Operational Savvy: Strong background in operational management, leadership, staffing, and facilities maintenance.

● Passion for Guest Service: A tireless commitment to creating unforgettable experiences, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

● Operational Excellence: A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to drive operational excellence and problem solving.

● Team Builder: A collaborative leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and coach a diverse team while maintaining a fun, inclusive culture.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Must-Haves:

• Availability: Fridays and Saturdays; evenings/holidays as business requires.
• Reliable transportation to/from our Scottsdale location.
• Background check and two professional references .
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to ~20 lbs during shifts.

Salary range: $50,000 annually with bonuses for hitting key

metrics.

Job Start Date: October 19th. Must be able to attend training in Orlando, FL October

20th-24th and Las Vegas after that for 2 weeks. (All expenses will be covered)
