Client Service Associate
Job Overview
We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, supporting business operations, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects excellence and care.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.

Support account management teams with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities.

Track and monitor client projects, ensuring deadlines and service standards are met.

Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.

Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Perform general administrative tasks to support the client services department.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
