Administrative and Finance Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative and Finance Coordinator to join our team client's team. In this role, you will handle a variety of financial, administrative, and HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This potion is 100% remote for a start-up company. Responsibilities: - Generate, send, and track customer invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing. - Monitor payment statuses and perform light follow-up on overdue accounts. - Organize and respond to incoming state notices and employment-related mail. - Oversee recurring compliance activities and assist with administrative tasks, such as updating contractor payments and managing payroll adjustments. - Facilitate the rollout of corporate credit cards and handle subscription migrations. - Prepare and manage HR documentation, including offer letters and employee file updates. - Support offboarding processes by ensuring proper documentation and compliance. - Assist in maintaining and revising the employee handbook as needed. - Handle ad hoc administrative projects to support business operations. Requirements - At least 1- 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or finance role. - Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy. - Experience in invoice processing and payment tracking. - Strong organizational skills to manage compliance-related tasks and documentation. - Familiarity with collections processes and ability to follow up professionally. - Ability to handle administrative tasks, including HR documentation and employee file management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
