As a **Security Officer - Campus Patrol Driver** in **Litchfield Park, AZ** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology and media location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. You will complete routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to situations as needed. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff and visitors.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter areas of the location, including both indoor and outdoor environments.
+ Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible patrols and attentive presence.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, reporting any unusual or suspicious activity to Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as required.
+ Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal procedures.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide assistance and relay important information.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
