Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor & Tire Sales Extraordinaire

Location: Apache Junction, AZ

About Us: We're a crew of grease monkeys and gearheads who believe in honest work, happy customers, and the occasional well-timed tire pun. We're looking for someone who can keep up with the fast-paced world of auto repair and tire sales, all while maintaining a sense of humor that's as well-worn as a vintage wrench.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Customer Service Superstar: Greeting customers, listening to their car woes (and tire desires), and turning frowns upside down. Think of yourself as a car therapist, but with better tools.
• Service Advisor Extraordinaire: Explaining repair estimates, scheduling appointments, and keeping customers informed without making their eyes glaze over. We're looking for someone who can translate "piston return spring misalignment" into "your car's making a funny noise, and we can fix it."
• Tire Sales Guru: Recommending the right tires for every vehicle and budget, and knowing the difference between a summer tire and a snow tire (because, you know, seasons). You'll be the tire oracle, the rubber prophet!
• Paperwork Ninja: Handling invoices, estimates, and other administrative tasks with the speed and precision of a pit crew.
• General Automotive Savvy: Understanding the basics of car maintenance and repair (and being willing to learn more). We don't expect you to rebuild an engine on your lunch break, but knowing your way around a dipstick is a plus.

What You'll Need:

• A passion for cars and a knack for sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to stay organized and multitask like a caffeinated octopus.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A sense of humor that can survive a busy shop available Monday-Saturday. (Closed on Sundays)
• Previous experience in a automotive service or tire sales environment is a plus but not required, we can train the right person.
• Basic computer skills.
